Our History
Our church was launched in 1980 as a mission of First Baptist Church of Justin, Texas. At that time, Flower Mound was a tiny rural community of only 4,000 people. Gary Loudermilk, who is now executive director of Denton Baptist Association, was our founding pastor.
Our first building was constructed in 1982, our worship center in 1988, our education/fellowship building in 1997, and our parking lot expansion in 2002.
David Williams was called as pastor in 1994.
