David Williams
Pastor

A native of Maryville, Tenn., David is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Before becoming pastor of First Baptist Church of Flower Mound in 1994, he served as evangelism director for the Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention, church services director of Denton Baptist Association, minister of education of First Baptist Church, Lewisville, and Lakeland Baptist Church of Lewisville, and pastor of a mission sponsored by Lakeland Baptist, Lewisville.  His wife, Donna Kay, became our minister of music in 1989 (while David was on the staff of Denton Baptist Association).  They have two grown sons, Brian and Jonathan, both serving in ministry.

Donna Kay Williams
Minister of Music and Worship

A native of Maryville, Tenn., Donna Kay is a graduate of Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee, with a bachelor of music degree, and has done graduate work at the University of Tennessee and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  She has been our worship minister since 1989.  Her husband, David Williams, is the pastor and they have two sons, Brian and Jonathan.  Brian is worship pastor at Heritage Community Church, Wildwood, Florida. He is married to Brooke, and they have two children, Ainsley and Braxton. Jonathan is pastor of Wilcrest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas.  He is married to Jessica and they have one child, Gracie.

Sean Wegener
Minister of Youth

Sean Wegener atteneded Oklahoma State University and graduated in 2008 with a bacherlor of arts in theatre. He is currently a student at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and will graduate in 2013 with a master of divinity. Sean enjoys running with his brother and helping to care for his new nephew, Kael.

Rose Hill
Minister of Children

In addition to leading our children's ministry, Rose is a counselor in our Biblical Counseling Center and is working on her counseling certification at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth.  A native of Indianapolis, Ind., she and her husband, Richard, have two beautiful daughters -- Amelia, who is a senior at Marcus High School, and Anya, who is a sixth grader at Lamar Middle School.

Lisa Coffman
Minister of Preschool

A native of Stillwater, Okla., Lisa attended East Central Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma State University studying fashion merchandising. Before becoming our minister of preschool in July 2011, she spent most of the last 16 years teaching preschool and coaching children's gymnastics.  Lisa and her husband Jeff have two young adult children, Kyle who is in college in paramedic studies and Chelsey, a senior at Marcus High School.
